TBF was birthed to create a space for those that have been disappointed or discouraged by the traditional church. We named this fellowship for what stands in that kind of opening: a bridge, built wide enough for everyone who needs to cross.
If you like going to a Sunday service to check off a box and go home this is probably NOT the place for you. TBF seeks to carve out a Biblical – Community approach where curious voices are encouraged.
We seek a bi-lingual experience — no group is treated as a second class citizen. We aim to incorporate a variety of Christian traditions in an open welcoming format.

Four things we build on
A bridge is only as good as what it’s made of. These are the planks — not a program, just the things we keep coming back to.
The exercise of spiritual gifts
We believe every person here carries something the rest of us need — a way to teach, to heal, to build, to comfort. Worship and the week make room for people to use what they’ve been given, not just admire it from a seat.
Developing disciples, not an audience
We’re less interested in attendance than in growth. That means mentoring, real study, and honest conversation aimed at people who are actually becoming more like Jesus over time — not just showing up.
Service before status
Faith that stays inside the building isn’t much use to Boquete. We look for the town’s actual needs and put our hands to them, expecting nothing back.
Grace and acceptance, across every line
People arrive here from different countries, cultures, and religious backgrounds — same as the town itself. We’d rather extend grace first and let trust build from there than ask people to earn their welcome.
The bridge only works if people cross it.
